Leonard Green completes majority stake buyout of Topgolf for $800m

Leonard Green & Partners has acquired a majority stake in Topgolf and Toptracer for $800m, valuing Topgolf at $1.1bn. The business will revert to the Callaway Golf Company name and change its NYSE ticker to CALY from 15 January 2026.
