Levi Strauss beats revenue estimates in Q1

The US fashion brand has posted net revenues of $1.6bn in the quarter ending 27 February, a rise of 22% compared to the prior year and above analysts’ estimates of $1.55bn. Levi Strauss attributes the result to strong global demand for its denim products.
