Levi Strauss lifts outlook after Q1 and longtime CFO plans exit

Levi Strauss reported stronger-than-expected Q1, with organic sales up 9% and EPS ahead of forecasts. Net income rose 30% to $175.8m on $1.7bn sales. The company raised full-year guidance, while CFO Harmit Singh will step down after a successor is named.
