L’Occitane owner to take beauty firm private in $1.8bn deal

The cosmetics group L’Occitane is delisting from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, as its owner takes it private. Its majority shareholder, Austrian billionaire Reinold Geiger, has announced his intention to acquire all the shares he does not already own.
