L’Oreal Chairman Sees No Synergies With Nestle

Jean-Paul Agon, L’Oreal’s chairman and chief executive officer, has said that he doesn’t see “any possible synergies” with Nestle SA. The statement follows speculation that Nestle may increase its 30% stake in the company in 2014.
