L’Oreal named as the preferred bidder to acquire 70% of Korean fashion and cosmetics business Nanda

Business of Fashion reports that the deal is valued at around $375m. L’Oreal is moving to strengthen its presence in the Asian market, particularly in China where Korean cosmetics have proved to be popular.
