Maki & Ramen to open first Middle East restaurant before year-end

Japanese restaurant chain Maki & Ramen will launch its first Middle East site in Dubai next month. The 13-unit business, expanding in the UK, plans 50 sites in five years and offers hand-rolled sushi, in-house ramen, and casual dining experiences.
