Mark Hix To Run Restaurant At Belgraves Hotel

Mark Hix, who already oversees the Albemarle in Brown’s hotel, is to run the restaurant at new luxury boutique hotel Belgraves. The new 80-seat restaurant will be Hix’s sixth restaurant, and is set to open in December.
