Mars set to win EU approval for $36bn Kellanova acquisition

The candy and snacks giant is poised to gain unconditional EU antitrust clearance for its $36bn Kellanova deal, adding Pringles, Pop-Tarts and cereals to its portfolio. The merger follows earlier US approval but may raise retail price concerns.
