McBride secures £170m annual revenue deal with Vestacy, acquiring two sites in Spain and Portugal

Home care supplier McBride has entered a long-term contract manufacturing partnership with Vestacy, targeting £170m in annual revenues by H2 FY28. The deal includes two site acquisitions and £51m in combined investment, with net debt rising by up to £25m.
