McCormick Set To Acquire Kamis For US$291m

The global spice and seasoning firm will acquire Kamis, a privately held company based in Poland, for US$291m. Alan Wilson, chairman, president and CEO of McCormick, said “This acquisition is an excellent opportunity for McCormick to expand its portfolio of leading brands in Europe.” The transaction is expected to complete by September 2011.
