McDonald’s To Sell Sustainable Fish

In a bid to improve its environmental credentials, the fast food chain has announced that it is to source fish from suppliers approved by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC). Council-approved Alaskan Pollack and Baltic cod will be used in filet-o-fish products from October.
