Middletons Steakhouse & Grill sold out of administration, all sites to continue trading 

Gastro Pubs’ seven Middletons sites have been sold to a group controlled by existing shareholders, safeguarding 159 jobs. The business had £7.2m turnover and £100,000 EBITDA in FY2025, after facing rising costs and weak consumer confidence.
