Mission Produce appoints John Pawlowski as CEO, succeeding founder Steve Barnard 

John, currently President and Chief Operating Officer, will take over in April 2026. He joined Mission Produce in 2024 and brings experience from Lipari Foods as well as 16 years at JM Smucker. The company is targeting growth beyond $1.4bn in sales.
