Modella Capital targets more than 500 TGJones stores, expanding post office and retail partnerships

The private equity firm, which acquired the former WHSmith high street business in March, aims to grow TGJones from 464 to over 500 stores nationwide. Plans include post office locations and over 250 Hobbycraft and Toys ‘R’ Us store-in-stores by 2027.
