Marks & Spencer has hired three new marketing professionals to help lead a revamp of the chain's clothing and homewares offering. Victoria Franks, currently Kao Brands European marketing director, Procter & Gamble's Usama Al-Qassab, and Baileys' marketing manager Julie Guckian, have all been appointed with the title of head of brands. Lucy Calver, M&S’s current head of food marketing, will take on the fourth head of brands title.
