M&S Lures Talent At Next

Marks & Spencer has poached two buyers from Next. Paula Bonham-Carter, buying manager for 10 years at Next, is to join M&S as head of buying for womenswear. Laura Charles is to join the retailer as head of buying for lingerie. A spokesperson for M&S stated: “We’re delighted that Laura and Paula are joining us as head of buying, lingerie and head of womenswear, buying respectively and look forward to welcoming them both to the M&S team later this year.”
