M&S Sees Major Board Changes

Two long-standing board members are to step down at the retailer. Sir David Michels, the deputy chairman of M&S, is to vacate his boardroom seat early next year after six years, alongside non-executive director Louise Patten, who will stand down in July. Two new hires have also been announced, with Damian Guha named as the new trading director of home and Robert Weston as the new brand director for food.
