N Brown, which owns lingerie etailer Figleaves, will not replace Julia Reynolds following her departure as chief executive. Instead, Reynolds' previous responsibilities will be divided between the management team, made up of Sue Herrick, Stephanie Chase and Melanie Cottrell.
