Nestlé Thought To Be Acquiring Pfizer’s Infant Nutrition Business

The Wall Street Journal has reported that Nestlé is close to acquiring Pfizer’s infant nutrition business, in a deal which could be worth at least US$9bn. Danone and Mead Johnson Nutrition are also thought to be in the running to buy the business.
