Nestlé to acquire remaining 36.2% stake in Osem

The Switzerland-based food giant has reach an agreement with the Israeli food firm for the deal, which is valued at US$840.5m. Osem will be wholly owned by Nestlé, delisting it from the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. The company is valued at US$21.30 per share.
