New NEDs to join THG

THG has appointed Gillian Kent and Dean Moore to its non-executive board. Gillian held senior roles at Microsoft, and is currently NED at Mothercare, Marlow and Ascential. Dean was CFO at Cineworld Group, N Brown Group, T&S Stores and Graham Group.
