Oakley Capital Considers Bid For HMV Live

The private equity firm behind Time Out magazine is thought to be considering a bid for the live music business of HMV. The entertainment retailer put 13 live music venues, including the Hammersmith Apollo in London, up for sale last month. The formal sale process is due to begin next month, and is to be run by Citi.
