Oxford MedTech spin-out OrganOx sold to Terumo for £1.2bn 

Oxford University spin-out OrganOx, maker of the metra organ preservation device, has been acquired by Japan’s Terumo Corporation for £1.2bn. The technology, used in 6,000+ liver transplants, will operate from Oxford as a standalone division.
