PE-backed Dishoom to expand London footprint with Southbank and Borough sites, eyes New York debut in 2027

Indian restaurant group Dishoom, backed by L Catterton, will open on London’s Southbank and in Borough this autumn. The 16-site group, which recently launched in Leeds, plans its first international opening in New York next year.
