PepsiCo announces multimillion-dollar investment in Celsius

PepsiCo is set to invest $550m into energy drinks business Celsius Holdings to become the long-term US distributor of the brand’s products via retail and foodservice channels. As part of the deal, PepsiCo will acquire an 8.5% ownership in Celsius.
