Valeo Foods, part of Bain Capital's portfolio and owner of Jacob’s biscuits, has acquired Canada's Les Industries Bernard & Fils, one of the world's largest maple syrup processors. The transaction is expected to add a further €95m to Valeo Foods' revenues.
