Pizza Hut Restaurants reportedly close to MBO backed by Pricoa

MCA reports that a deal that values the business at under £100m, led by current CEO Jens Hofma, is close to being finalised. The majority of Pizza Hut’s existing leadership will remain at the company following the move.
