PizzaExpress will not make offer for The Restaurant Group

Wheel Topco, the owner of PizzaExpress, has said that it will not make an offer for Wagamama parent company "due to market conditions." Last month, TRG agreed to be bought by Apollo Global Management for just over £500m.
