Platinum Equity acquires Wyndham Worldwide’s European rental business

The deal, valued at $1.3bn, includes more than 11,000 units in over 600 locations spread across over 25 countries. The newly acquired rental business will pay Wyndham Worldwide a 1% net revenue royalty fee for use of the brand.
