P&O Cruises Announces James Martin Partnership

Cruise company P&O has announced that TV chef James Martin is to set up a chef school, dubbed The Cookery Club, on board its Britannia ship. Hosting classes for passengers, fellow chefs such as Marco Pierre White will also contribute to the school.
