Premier Foods Get The Go-Ahead For Fray Bentos Sale

The tinned pie brand is to be put on the market by Premier Foods following confirmation from by the UK’s competition regulator. The announcement comes after Premier Foods agreed to sell its canned foods division to Princes for £182m. A sale of Fray Bentos will prevent the deal from being referred to the Competition Commission for further scrutiny.
