Profits up at Meadow Foods

Dairy processor Meadow Foods, the UK’s largest independent dairy, has seen annual pre-tax profits rise almost 25% to £13.7m. The increase comes despite a hit to milk prices affecting sales, with turnover down £44m to £376m.
