Puig In Talks To Buy Gaultier Stake

The Spanish parent of Carolina Herrera, Nina Ricci and Paco Rabanne has entered into talks to acquire the 45% stake in Gaultier currently owned by Hermès International. Gaultier founded his brand in 1982, and is expected to remain at the helm and retain a significant stake in the company.
