Puma improves adjusted earnings by 5% to €64.4m despite revenue decline

The sportswear brand reported adjusted EBIT rising 5% to €64.4m and consolidated net income jumping to €26.5m, by inventory valuation reversals and reduced freight costs. Puma confirmed its forecast whilst reducing inventories faster than planned.
