Red Sky expands meat portfolio with acquisition of Delenco Foods 

The meat processing group has added Delenco Foods to broaden its sausage range and deepen its foodservice reach. The enlarged portfolio will generate about £35m in annual revenues, with both businesses continuing to trade under existing brands.
