Rémy Cointreau Sells Piper Heidsieck For €412m

The Champagne division, which includes the Reims operation made up of the Piper-Heidsieck and Charles Heidsieck brands, has been sold by Rémy Cointreau to EPI for €412m. The brands will be added to EPI’s existing portfolio of French luxury goods brands, which include JM Weston, Alain Figaret and Bonpoint.
