Rosa’s Thai secures new £10.75m facility as sales hit record high

Rosa’s Thai has reported record £51.4m sales in the year to 30 March 2025, up 7.3%, with adjusted EBITDA of £4.5m. The group agreed a £10.75m debt facility with OakNorth to back selective expansion, after opening six sites to reach 47 restaurants.
