Lesley Knox and Helen Weir have agreed to join the SABMiller board as independent non-executive directors. Ms Weir was group executive director, retail, at Lloyds Banking Group until May this year, whilst Ms Knox holds a range of board positions, including with Hays and Alliance Trust.
