SABMiller’s Acquisition Of Foster’s Has Been Approved

The acquisition of SABMiller (including the remaining 50% of Pacific Beverages) has been approved by the Australian Federal Treasurer. Once the shareholders are all in agreement, the acquisition should be completed by the end of the year.
