The UK mobile video specialist has appointed David MacDonald as CEO, following the company's acquisition by HTC last month. MacDonald was previously chief operating officer at Saffron Digital and will replace Shashi Fernando who has joined Saffron Digital's parent company HTC as chief content officer.
