Philip Bell-Brown, formerly group property director at Dixons, has been appointed as the new director of property development at Sainsbury's. In his new role, he will report into property director Neil Sachdev, and has been tasked with managing all new site acquisitions and town planning. Steve Bennett is to take on Bell-Brown's previous role at Dixons.
