The Sainsbury's Carbon Academy, launched this week, aims to highlight the importance of carbon-awareness, and will provide environmental training to 20,000 contractors, suppliers and colleagues by 2020. The supermarket chain has also introduced environmentally responsible CO2 refrigeration.
