The supermarket chain is to launch a 'Brand Match' campaign with the promise of refunding the difference of branded groceries if a customer could have bought the items more cheaply at Tesco or Asda. Unlike its major competitors, Sainsbury's is to refund customers via a coupon at the checkout at the time of purchase, rather than asking customers to generate a comparison online at home.
