Sally Davis, who has been chief executive of BT's Wholesale business for four years, is to leave the firm in October. She is to be replaced by Nigel Stagg, the managing director of BT Business. BT's chief executive, Ian Livingston, said: "Sally has been a key member of our executive team and so I very much regret her departure."
