Shoe Zone interim losses widen as store closures and weak demand impact trading performance

Shoe Zone reported pre-tax losses of £5.3m for H1 2026, compared to £2.2m last year, with revenue down 12% to £62.9m. The footwear retailer closed 19 stores and is downsizing its distribution centre amid ongoing weak consumer demand.
