Shop Direct reports record Christmas

Online retailer Shop Direct, which owns brands Littlewoods.com and Very.co.uk, has reported a record Christmas, with total group sales up 6% in the seven-week period. The strong result is attributed to the growth of its Very.co.uk brand and the decision to focus on digital shopping.
