Siemens Sues Samsung And LG Over Patent Infringement

The German technology group has claimed that both Samsung and LG have infringed on its patented light-emitting diode technologies, used in some flat-screen televisions. The original lawsuit was filed in Hamburg, Germany, but further action is planned in America, Japan and China.
