Smaller Sites Offer Travelodge Potential For Growth

The UK’s second-biggest budget hotel chain has announced plans to open 100 smaller Metro hotels by 2020. The group, which previously only considered sites which could accommodate at least 40 rooms, will now look at unusual locations such as pubs, defunct cinemas or office buildings with as few as 20 rooms for the new Metro concept.
