Sonae partners with Satya Capital to acquire Extra supermarket chain

The Portuguese retail group that owns the Continente chain has partnered with Satya Capital for the purchase, and the deal will be conducted by S2 Africa. Extra originally belonged to Pick n’ Pay of South Africa, and was then sold to Mozambique’s ADC.
